● While the booking amount is non-refundable, clients can avail of free cancellation up to 45 days before the departure date. After that, they’ll face charges.
● The booking amount paid by the customer shall be non-refundable.
● During the Super Peak period, a cancellation fee of 75% of the Tour Cost will be charged for all bookings canceled within 45 days of travel.
● If the trip gets canceled due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, alternate options would be worked out. No refund will be available in such cases; only the best alternative will be arranged by the organization.
● Any refund amount customers receive will depend upon international money exchange rates, refunds we get from our suppliers, and payments we've received from customers so far. If there's any change, the people in charge will let you know.
