The journey from Manali to Leh is full of adventures. Stretching from the Siachen Glacier to the majestic Mountains, Ladakh is a location unlike any other. Ladakh is known for its breathtaking views and is the world's coldest desert. 

This time, while on your road trip, take the opportunity to discover the area's radiant beauty. It is enhanced by the surrounding snow-capped mountains and distant valleys. As you ride through the difficult terrain, some of Ladakh's most famous passes will come into view. 

On this trip, we will discover the beautiful side of Ladakh. Explore the mesmerising landscapes of Leh, Nubra, Turtuk, Pangong, Kargil, and Srinagar.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 Delhi - Manali
    • Departure from Delhi to Manali.

    • Overnight journey to Manali.

    • Reach Manali by morning.

  • Day 2 Stay In Manali
    • On reaching Manali, guests will be allotted rooms.

    • You can have breakfast, and rest for some time.

    • This day will be a self-exploration day for visitors.

    • For your self-exploration, some of the places you can visit are - Old Manali, Hadimba Devi Temple, Manali Mall Road, and Vashisht.

    • At night the team captain will brief you about the tour.

    • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 3 Manali - Sarchu (200km/8-9hrs)
    • After breakfast, get ready to go to Sarchu.

    • You will stop for a bit at the highest tunnel - Atal Tunnel.

    • The beautiful villages Tandi, Keylong, Jispa, and Darcha will form a part of your route.

    • Visit Suraj Tal, Deepak Tal, and Baralacha La which will be a part of the exploration points of the trip.

    • On arrival check in to the camps.

    • Dinner and overnight stay at Sarchu.

  • Day 4 Sarchu - Leh (250km/9-10hrs)
    • Get up early as a journey full of adventure awaits you.

    • After breakfast head towards Leh.

    • On this day you will cross the adventure points of 21 Gata Loops, Nakee La, Lachung La, and Tanglang La passes that will lie on your way.

    • Get lost in the beauty of scenic mountains and motorable passes.

    • Reach Leh by evening.

    • Dinner and overnight stay at Leh.

  • Day 5 Leh - Khardung La - Nubra (160km/5-6hrs)
    • Post breakfast head towards Nubra valley.

    • You will stop for a bit and cross one of the highest motorable passes in the world (Khardung La).

    • Meanwhile, leave for Nubra.

    • Check-in for a stay in Nubra.

    • You can enjoy camel rides, ETV rides, etc. at your own expense.

    • Come back for dinner and an overnight stay.

  • Day 6 Nubra - Turtuk - Nubra(170kms/6-7hrs)
    • After breakfast, we will leave for Turtuk the last village of India, on the Indo-Pakistan border.

    •  We will explore the Nubra Valley till the end.

    • In some time you will reach Turtuk.

    • Explore the history of this beautiful village.

    • Come back to the hotel in Nubra for dinner and an overnight stay.

  • Day 7 Nubra - Shyok Valley - Pangong(280km/8-9hrs)
    • After breakfast get ready to experience the adventure closely.

    • Drive through THE DEATH VALLEY (Shyok) and go with the flow of the Shyok River.

    • Reach Pangong by evening.

    • Check in to the camps.

    • Create memories in the beauty of Pangong Lake.

    • Dinner and overnight stay at Pangong.

  • Day 8 Pangong - Chang La - Leh(230km/7-8hrs)
    • After early breakfast, we will go back to Leh via Chang La.

    • Chang La is among the highest passes in the world.

    • After this, we will visit the school from the Three Idiots movie, Thiksey, Shey.

    • Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace will be the visiting attractions of the day.

    • We will check in to the hotel.

    • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 9 Leh - Kargil(210km/6-7hrs)
    • After breakfast, head towards Kargil.

    • Enjoy the breathtaking views of beautiful mountains.

    • Meanwhile, discover various places like the Buddhist Monastery of Lamayuru.

    • Get influenced by the magic at Magnetic Hills.

    • Cross Fotu La and get your photos clicked.

    • On arrival, check-in at the hotel.

    • Dinner and overnight stay at Kargil.

  • Day 10 Kargil - Srinagar(210kms/7-8hrs)
    • After breakfast, head towards Srinagar.

    • Cross one of the most beautiful yet adventurous passes - Zojila Pass.

    • Cross the beautiful valley of Sonmarg.

    • After that, continue your journey towards Srinagar.

    • Get lost in the beauty of the scenic mountains and valleys of Kashmir and Leh.

    • On arrival, check-in at the hotel.

    • Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Srinagar.

  • Day 11 Departure From Srinagar
    • Finally, the time has come to leave these beautiful mountains.

    • TravelBoots representatives will take you to the airport.

Note: Due to comfort and safety reasons, we recommend you all carry your own helmets for the ride. The helmets which we provide are of standard size so there can be some discrepancies regarding the sizes.

  • Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delay in travel

  • Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in the rider’s possession

  • The cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way

  • Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost

  • Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions.

  • Any airfare/rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation from Manali or Srinagar.

  • Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.

  • Additional costs due to flight cancellations, landslides, roadblocks, and other natural calamities.

  • Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost and security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 5,000/-. As per the deposit policy (This is refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts required. The refund would be credited after 7 business days)
